"Memphis charged a 100.00 security deposit since I was traveling with two small dogs (Yorkie and chihuahua). This has not yet been refunded. This also happened at the other two inns listed below. Additionally booking information quoted a 26.00 pet fee for up to two dogs if under 50 lbs total weight. My two were well under that guideline. "This is a fairly new facility, the rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, I’ll use it on my next trip in that direction."

"I was first given a key to a room which had not been cleaned. They quickly found a room for me when I went back down to the desk. But that was sort of disconcerting. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Pool was closed"
