"Staff was waiting for me when I arrived super late and greeted me happily. They were so friendly and took the time to help me with a car rental issue I’d encountered. Ahead of my arrival, they had also planned to place me in a quieter area of the hotel to avoid any noise issues from a couple groups of teens that were also staying. My room was very clean and felt a little like I was at summer camp with all the lodge decor. Hot hot hot shower water. The pool was also pretty clean, I used the hot tub and it looked like one of the workers was testing the pool water to keep it nice. "
