"Efficient check in, shopping mall and massage within 5 to 8 min walking distance. The air con in my room seemed to take a while to reach the desirable temperature, though beds are comfortable in general. Staff service is commendable, especially those serving in the breakfast restaurant. Pleasant stay, will come back again."

"Fantastic hotel! Extremely happy I chose to stay there this time. Clean, quiet, awesome breakfast buffet. The only challenge is it’s a little distance from the metro, but a taxi gets you there or downtown Futian for like $3, so no biggie. And as most places, don’t expect staff to speak fluent English, but again no biggie "

"Unbeatable location, beautiful property. Room is very spacious with a view overlooking the city. Staff are helpful. We had a very pleasant check in with Clarence Chu at front desk. "The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely.
