The property looked far away from the rarest metro station on the map but is in fact quite close - perhaps about 10 minutes walk. The hotel is overall well-maintained and staff were friendly and helpful.

Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan
最初、チェックインする時、予約情報がないと言われて焦った。30分くらい確認のために待たされた。もし予約できていなかったらと考えて、恐怖の体験だった。 部屋は綺麗で広くて満足。ただ、エアコンが温度を下げても戻ってしまうのが謎だった。湯が張れるバスタブがあるのが素晴らしかった。日本人なので風呂があるとありがたい。一日中歩き回った疲れを癒すことができた。 朝食はバラエティ豊かで素晴らしい。特にフルーツやサラダが豊富なのが嬉しかった。食べ たことのない料理をたくさん食べられて満足だった。

Staff was amazing. Rex speaks English well & was VERY helpful on many fronts! LOVE the Robot delivery guy! Breakfast buffet was fantastic; could use more options for room service.
