"First of all, this hotel is overpriced. upon arrival, our TV wasn’t working properly and we had to wait 45 minutes for housekeeping to come and fix it. The breakfast bar was average. Across from the entrance to the hotel are three blighted houses which are an eyesore."

"This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!"

"This hotel is kinda.. gross. Very outdated and dingy. The pillows were flat and smelled old, the floor was kinda dirty, the carpet throughout the building was gross. The beds are spring mattress, and my side was higher than my partner’s. The stairway door across from our room was propped open with a sandal the whole time we were there, which is a violation of fire code. The side entrance is at a porch-like area that says “non-smoking” but people were always smoking. Then when you step down...

"The hotel isn’t very poor condition. It is not a lake front hotel like it tries to show in the picture. They did not hold my reservation for a king size bed by my 5 o’clock arrival and check-in day. They gave me a double room and said literally “get over it.” I found a bedbug in the room, brought it down for evidence. Dead of course. And they refuse to refund my cash money. And refused to put me in a different room. Terrible customer service. The hotels in terrible condition. And...
