"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Great property in the middle of Chelsea near all kinds of things and transportation. Great service even without a concierge at a desk.
I had early check in but I did have to leave the first room because it was not a nice room. It was clean but awkward and the window opened to a half-underground cleaning/machine situation, window didn’t lock, bathroom tiles coming off, etc. anyway I contacted Numa on WhatsApp and they resolved it immediately, moved me to a good room. Great stay from that...

"Quartier tranquille et proche des transports en commun.
Les lits étaient confortables.
Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette et il était trop tard pour nous rendre au 109.
Une vrai cafetière, sel, poivre et sucre auraient été agréable.
Sinon rien à dire, nous avons apprécié."
