"We had a fantastic stay at the Black Swan Inn in Lee, MA. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and featured a beautiful view of the lake. Both check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free .A special shoutout goes to Carrie, the breakfast attendant! "Hotel was clean a staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is the parking. Since it’s right off the pike lots of trucks park overnight so finding a spot was extremely difficult. They take up 2-4 spaces each depending on the size of the rig and they don’t bother parking further away so they make getting around the lot very tight and dangerous."

"We did not like the mold on the room on first floor. It was on the bottom of all the furniture and on the fabric of the bed skirt. Plus the room had a moldy smell. We were kindly upgraded to the second floor."

"Hotel needs major updates in the rooms. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean but outdated. Parking at hotel was an absolute disaster. Not enough parking in their small lot. We had to park in a bank lot down the street and walk back to hotel. You wouldn't mind but a previous guest said it was the same for past few years.
