"Not sure is Expedia problem or the hotel problem, the room was not on the building itself, need to walk a distance before reaching, troublesome, room is so much smaller as I expected and thought will be as nice as their hotel chain in Okinawa, staff do not understand English, they told us we booked the room on the other building but in Expedia we did not select which building or did it indicate which building when doing the booking, so do not choose to book with expedia or this hotel. "
