Drunken guests talking loudly outside the door at 2am and 3am was annoying, but not the hotel’s fault. Note that the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Shinjuku-Gyoemmae metro station and a 20 minute walk from the main Shinjuku station."

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."
