"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"We did not eat the breakfast but you have option for 2 restaurants and both looked great; staff was very nice and helpful; there is airport limousine bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Haneda or Narita airport; there is underground passage to Shinjuku station where you have direct train to Shinagawa station for Shinkansen ; there is a 24 hrs FamilyMart in the hotel building"

"Excellent location right next to an Ueno line stop and opposite the National Stadium. Rooms are very modern and well equipped. Breakfast is very good with a wide range of options that are fresh and tasty. They have a ticketing system at peak breakfast times that could catch you out if you were unaware and time limited but it is efficient and most people are respectful of not taking too much time. "

"Space is no different than other hotel rooms we have stayed in. A one night stay close to shops and train before departing for train to Narita airport. Watch your toes! I would recommend placing the slippers on the bed frame. Construction outside but luckily it was a Sat and they did not start/work when we got up at 8am. We were shocked to find the restaurants in the area were closed at 11pm. There is a nearby restaurant bar operated by Abema(?). Limited food menu but popular for drinks. Watch out! They charge a cover fee Y300 per person and is added to the bill. "
