"Like many eco minded hotels room is cleaned every 3-4 days unless requested. Bed was too firm, pillows too hard and room too warm at night when sleeping/poor air circulation. Nice happy hour daily. Subway access tricky not many signs. Front desk staff not very helpful "

"Everything was as expected except a sewage smell in the bathroom. It was a faint smell at first. Over the 3 day stay it got stronger time to time. Some of the towel smelled like burned rubber or something. A chemical smell. "

"Good hotel, soooo close to Shinjuku and all the shopping and food. My only feedback is that the hotel is a little boring and dated, the bathrooms need an uplift. The hotel charged us an extra $35 a person per day (I think) so make sure you update the booking if it’s for two people not just 1 for a room. "

"The Shidome location is very convenient as it's near to about 3 rail stations including the shinkansen. The hotel itself is extremely comfy. Stayed in the (new?) Executive floor (38). Great views. The lounge access was great. Again great views and nice place to relax. Love to return to this hotel, when in Tokyo again. Thank you!"
