However, the staff was less than helpful. I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs.

"Nice hotel, but a bit old. Lobby and hallways are renovated, but rooms are dated. The bathroom especially looks and feels like a cruise bathroom. Amenities are decent.
Best thing about this hotel is the 7-Eleven in the basement, operating 24/7 I think.
Location is close to subway station and across from government building if you want to go to the observation deck."

Otherwise great stay, small rooms as per Tokyo. Love the park across the way!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay in Japan!
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Japan! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy the local restaurants, shopping, and experience everything Japan has to offer.
The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable.
