Booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was smooth, the hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious with a large, comfortable bathroom. The location is excellent and very convenient—close to Ginza 6, with a 24-hour 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The Yūrakuchō Line station is only about a 2-minute walk, and the Ginza Line is around a 6-minute walk. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommended! Will definitely book here again when we are back in Tokyo.

Pretty clean room. And the room service was really good except for the last day of stay where things were not properly topped up. Felt the room was a little too small but I hear it is the standard in Japan. But no other complaints. Also great location.

As the hotel has been renovated so the room, including its bathroom is very new and clean. The room size is not big but it is considered good for Tokyo standard. The front desk staff though can converse in English without any problem, the non-Japanese staff do not seem to be too familiar when we need assistance. Laundry service is definitely a plus point and of course, its location is also perfect!
