"I reserved their Super Deluxe room through Expedia customer service. The Super Deluxe room was supposed to have two beds, however, when I check-in, the room that was given to me only had one bed and looked nothing like in the pictures posted on Expedia. On top of that, their Wifi was not working, and when I mentioned to them, they could not care less. This was very annoying because I had to use my international roaming to browse which can get expensive. I've complained to Expedia and it was...
