Amazing personal service from start to finish. Christo and his front of house staff are accommodating of all requests. We were kindly picked up at Kurahemei station. Shuttled to our ski areas or the 7/11 for snacks or the Nihonte restaurant. We were even assisted with our transfer to our next destination ...

客室には電子レンジはなかったが 階には一つあったので使えて良かった 部屋のエアコンは拭き掃除されてなく ちょっと吹いたら真っ黒で...汚かった 少し吹いておいて欲しい 館内がとても広く 迷子になっている高齢の方が多かった ベッドは 少しへたっていて腰が痛くなった 景色はとてもよく 全体的には良いホテルでした
