"Very clean, new, budget-friendly hotel right off the 5 in Redding. Coffee and Restaurants only minutes away. Very pleased with the cost and ease of check in and check out. No breakfast but coffee available in the lobby but no issue for the price."

"Have stayed here several times and a lovely property. Though this last time the room was a little rundown. The upstairs stairwell and platform needed to be cleaned. The pillows need to be replaced. I had one pillow that just was not smelling good.
Owen is a good price. It’s beautiful ground and conference center."
"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🥰 The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and everyone on the staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about making their guests feel comfortable.
They don’t offer a continental breakfast, but they do provide complimentary coffee, water, and snack bars, which was a nice little touch and definitely appreciated. ☕️🥰
Overall, our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and worth it. We would definitely stay here again, especially because of the friendly staff and the fact that our fur baby was welcomed too! 🐶❤️ Highly recommend!"
"the overall price range was good . The location of the Hotel felt safe. The pool area was spacious for several families to enjoy it but even if you are solo it was ok too. Breakfast was good fresh fried potatoe squares very well seasoned. Check in was easy. The hotel furniture is outdated but we slept good after a long swim. Shower fixture did get stuck a few times. And the Wifi and cable need improvement."
