"when we arrived by car, staff森本華衣came out of hotel and told us we cannot stop here. she told us to park in the lower car park. i explained i would first drop off my 4 big luggages (with my husband looking after the luggage) then i go to park car , she said no. Therefore we have no choice , park our car at lower car park area and find our way up to 5th floor reception area with our 4 heavy big luggages. this is an unpleasant experience. Even more unhappy experience was , at night after dinner, we went onsen. we try to visit the male + female mixed onsen pool so we have to follow all instructions prior. we need to dress up the brown “uniform” before entry. Due to some human error, there is only Male “ uniform” in lady’s changing room so we tried to communicate with front desk staff. (My sister speaks some japanese and speak perfect english) and she tried explaining lady’s changing room situation with front desk staff that night but unfortunately 3 of them were men and didn’t understand. finally the men staff arranged female staff to visit the lady changing room after 30 minutes. then they understand our concern. i don’t understand how come there is not even 1 female staff in changing room working changing room after 8pm which is the peak hour for guests using onsen. Also, all garage bins are full. no paper cup available at water machine . meaning no clean up or refill for many hours in ladys changing room. this does not happen in any other onsen hotel i visited across japan"
