"I had a really lovely stay here, even though I visited in early spring when it was still a bit cold and the leaves hadn’t come out yet. The scenery was still beautiful in its own way, and since it wasn’t peak season, I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed—modern, minimal, and very in harmony with the surrounding winery and landscape. I especially loved the tropical plants in the common areas—they’re so lively and well cared for, adding a vibrant touch to the space. They also provide bikes, and this area is perfect for riding around. Biking through the vineyards was such a relaxing highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this is a great place to relax and unwind—I can imagine it being a wonderful stay any time of the year."

"I booked two executive rooms for my family at this highly-rated, top-five hotel in Yinchuan, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, from check-in to check-out, the stay was deeply unsatisfactory. ❌ Cold, Unprofessional Service The front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. When asking about executive lounge benefits, I was bluntly told the lounge was closed and services were moved to the lobby. ❌ Executive Benefits Severely Lacking · Afternoon Tea (2–5 PM): Only coffee and soft drinks—no snacks or pastries. Service was neglectful; the staff ignored us until we approached them. · Evening Happy Hour (6–8 PM): Only two fixed set menus with no variation. My 6-year-old was not offered a meal and had to share with adults. · Slow Service: After ordering, the attendant disappeared. It took 45 minutes to serve only salad, soup, and ice cream. Pasta and sandwiches came later, and drinks took another 20 minutes. · Breakfast Was Poor: Noodles seemed pre-cooked and reheated. The buffet had limited options, was not replenished timely, and lacked variety day-to-day. ❌ Ineffective Management Response After complaining, the manager promised a room upgrade and improved dining options. However: · The upgraded suite caused breathing discomfort for my elderly mother, forcing us to move back at 1 AM. · The restaurant refused to change the fixed menus, and afternoon tea remained snack-free. I do not recommend it for travelers seeking true value or comfort."
