"No issues. Clean room, quiet, comfortable and everything worked. Sink is slightly clogged and the hand soap and body wash containers were empty but I'd been told that room had not yet been inspected. I had my own amenities so no problem. "

"I have stayed at this hotel before. I am not sure if I booked the rooms I intended to book, but when I arrived both my reservations were for a different room than I thought I booked. The reservation they had me for (whether that was my mistake, hotels.com mistake, or the hotels mistake itself - I can't be sure) was a studio with a queen size bed in a separate room and living area. My intention was room with two double beds. I had reservation for Thursday through Sunday morning for one room and Friday through Sunday morning for another room. When I arrived on Friday the man that was at front desk moved me from the suite with one queen sized bed into a room with two double beds. The next day when I went to get keys for next room, again it was set for a suite with queen and so I asked if they would move me into a room with two doubles. The junior clerk seemed eager to help me, but needed help. When the senior clerk came to "help" she told me that was a mistake from hotels.com and they couldn't fix it once the room was reserved by hotels.com. Basically, they couldn't move me into a room with 2 double bed. Since the clerk the day before did exactly that - this comes off as a straight up lie to me. The junior clerk looked uncomfortable the whole time and I could see it in her eyes that she wanted to help me. I didn't press the senior clerk on it, but I am very disappointed by this behavior. If she said no other rooms avail -okay, but lied."

"Breakfast was great! But the room was lacking. The door to the closet was broken and not functioning. The cabinets and stove in the kitchen were very dirty, greasy prints on the cabinet doors. Microwave had filthy streaks like someone took 2 seconds to smear over it. "

"Nice hotel and rooms. Only one container of coffee in the morning for a very large hotel, which ran out within a few minutes and then took ten minutes to be refilled. No toilet paper or soap in men’s bathroom in pool area. Pool and gym otherwise look nice."
