The breakfast was delicious; it was a small buffet, but it had everything you need for a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Oh! Regarding the location, I read in the reviews that it was very far, but it didn't seem that way to me. The train and tram stations are very close; the train station is a two-minute walk, or possibly less, and from there you can get to trains everywhere. The tram station is 10 minutes away, which isn't far either, and there are many restaurants nearby. For film lovers, there's a cinema right on the street behind the hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes! Absolutely. You just need to know how to use the right transportation to get to Genoa and the surrounding area, which is 25 minutes by train and 45 minutes by tram. It only costs €4.90. "Entrance to property hard to find and had to go round 3 times. Property run down and no way near the standard of other ibis styles we have stayed in. Room dirty and unhygenic (linen and towels clean). Dirty carpet, dirty toilet floor, dirt in bathroom and dirt on the walls. Didnt get the room that was booked and hence the ammenities expected. Secure underground parking available. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast - continental and satisfactory, nothing special."
