"The room was in great shape but I think the service could have been better. Our bags were not delivered in our room until an hour later. If I didn't call the front desk, it would have probably taken longer. In addition, there was a leftover underwear by the jacuzzi area which was an oversight of the cleaners. Apart from that, it was good. I just wished the service could have been more clockwork."

"It was hard to get a hold of the host. I had to contact them about the stove in the unit as it wasn’t working. You also can’t use the microwave. But other than that, it was okay. The unit was clean. When I needed to extend my stay, I had to talk to the people in the reception because I couldn’t get a hold of the host. The person from the reception was able to reach the host, and I was able to extend my stay without a problem."
