"We had a great stay! The staff were exceptional and breakfast was delicious. We only stayed a few hours gicen our flight was delayed but we had a fabulous sleep and highly recommend the hotel"

"When we checked into the hotel, in late afternoon, there were "No" towels in our room. My wife called house keeping and told them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an hour with "No" towels in our room, I called "Housekeeping, Room Service and the Check in counter to tell them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an additional forty-five minutes with "No" towels in our room, I went to the lobby to talk to the Manger. After fifteen additional minutes later someone brought towels to our room. Ten minutes later someone else brought additional towels to our room. And fifteen minutes someone else brought more towels to our room."

"This is an honest review of a “penthouse” unit near Okada—shared for public awareness, not to harm the business. There were different addresses sent, which caused confusion upon arrival, and no intercom connected to the lobby. The unit is spacious enough for 6, but the quality and upkeep did not meet “penthouse” standards. Concerns:    •   Only one TV (remote not working) in this "penthouse"    •   Middle bedroom AC was fast-dripping—we were given a bucket as a fix solution    •   AC remotes had no back covers    •   Empty dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher    •   Noisy/unstable master bed frame    •   Difficult communication (3 numbers, only one responded) Other notes:    •   Free WiFi (speed unsure)    •   Massage chair available    •   Flimsy table, stand lights, extension cords Positives:    •   Free parking 1 space on different floor    •   Cold AC overall    •   Big fridge    •   Fast elevator, nice water view We didn’t explore amenities like pool access due to communication issues. I requested a late checkout due to the inconveniences and was given until 12 noon—with a request for a 10-score review in return, mentioning they are currently struggling. Reached out to lobby for luggage storage after check out where night staff stated is possible and will arrange and the day staff said that is not possible! Book If you’re okay with these conditions. But for those used to Western standards, this may fall short. Sharing honestly to help others decide."

"Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. "

"Stayed for two nights in a double twin bed room. Overall cleanliness of the room appeared good at first glance. when looking closer, dirt was noticed in various spaces throughout the room. One example, pieces of debris the size of a fingernail were left under the glass that covers the desk area. The rooms were modern in design, however seemed tired in their appearance due to wear and tear. Our room was right next to the LRT line so you can hear and feel the trains go by. As the Hyatt is one of three hotels at the City Dreams Resort, they will not let you in the premises with outside food, forcing you to eat at one of the establishments on the premises. There are a couple of 24 hour restaurants, however there is a significant up cost on local filipino dishes that tased mediocre at best."
