"We had a great stay! The staff were exceptional and breakfast was delicious. We only stayed a few hours gicen our flight was delayed but we had a fabulous sleep and highly recommend the hotel"

"When we checked into the hotel, in late afternoon, there were "No" towels in our room. My wife called house keeping and told them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an hour with "No" towels in our room, I called "Housekeeping, Room Service and the Check in counter to tell them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an additional forty-five minutes with "No" towels in our room, I went to the lobby to talk to the Manger. After fifteen additional minutes later someone brought towels to our room. Ten minutes later someone else brought additional towels to our room. And fifteen minutes someone else brought more towels to our room."

"Property overall was not bad. For the most part, staff as a whole were not bad except someone named James who pretended like he was security, made our trip ending quite terrible with his obnoxiousness and false accusations.This was after we drove around for over 30 minutes, the night before trying to find a place. And then Expedia tried to convince us that the property was properly named although the name in the description was City of Dreams when the property name in the low should have been Bayshore Residential Resort. And they kept telling us to look for a blue building right beside okada, when in fact the building was not visibly blue and not next to Okada."

"Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. "

"Stayed for two nights in a double twin bed room. Overall cleanliness of the room appeared good at first glance. when looking closer, dirt was noticed in various spaces throughout the room. One example, pieces of debris the size of a fingernail were left under the glass that covers the desk area. The rooms were modern in design, however seemed tired in their appearance due to wear and tear. Our room was right next to the LRT line so you can hear and feel the trains go by. As the Hyatt is one of three hotels at the City Dreams Resort, they will not let you in the premises with outside food, forcing you to eat at one of the establishments on the premises. There are a couple of 24 hour restaurants, however there is a significant up cost on local filipino dishes that tased mediocre at best."

"I had the smoothest check in after an exhausting 20 hour flight. Tania at the front desk did all her magic. I will definitely come back here on my future visits."
