"Beautiful and romantic with views of Fuji if the weather is right (almost never, such is life). Excellent personal onsen (mini mineral bath), very romantic. Slippers, pyjamas, soaps provided. Even a telescope and star projector! The place is very spacious for a family with two kids. Big kitchen and dining and living room. Big balcony with private foot bath. Big projector screen and you can stream video to it from your phone. Not much dining in the area. In fact, all of Hakone hasn't much dining...

"館内は綺麗で清潔。スタッフとの接点は必要最低限で、それも気楽で良い。館内への入館も部屋への入出も4桁のパスワードキーなので、非常に楽。部屋から、ロビーと大浴場、屋上のアクセスも良く自由にできて、とても良かった。ペット可の部屋利用したが、ペット用に必要な物取り揃えられていてた。"
