"I know this is a cheap hotel but the photos in the app are a little misleading - I think they were taken a long time ago. The room itself was fine but lots of traffic noise at every hour of the day. The pool was the biggest disappointment. I took one look atthepool and the water appeared stagnant and besides that it's a rather unusual floorplan with the pool literally fenced off indoors from the lobby. I didn't see anyone using it while there. Room cleaning is not automatic and it's the only way water is left for you h not a huge deal but they could leave the complimentry bottles at the door. As the booking was non refundable I sucked it up and just used the room to sleep bot won't ever return and don't recommend it."

"The rooms were great for a family of 4 always cleaned when asked the aircon didnt seem to get down to temp but wasnt too bad. Tje breakfast included was great always lovely and fresh. The meals were very nice the kids loved the pizzas. The staff were always kind and thoughtful. I would definetly go and stay again if i were to visit Pattaya again. "
