"A gem of a hotel right in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Everything you need is a walking distance. Everything about it was worth the money. Stayed about 1 week and everyday was blown away by the views, either from the room itself or from the rooftop which was easily one of the best views you can get in any city. The service was 5star from the beginning, Walid and his team were the most helpful, friendly and cheerful staff I've met, we ordered the massage in the spa and that was fantastic. The pool...
"This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill....
"The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...
"Fantastic hotel!! Everything was 5 stars - the amenities, the hotel was well kept and well staffed, super clean, amazing breakfast, and the best part was their attentive staff. This has to be the best hotel in Sidi Bou Said."
