"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. "We had an excellent 6 days here - could always find something to satisfy us food wise. Properties were a little dated by so clean and lovely we overlooked the age. The music nightime entertainment around the pool was a bit loud and travelled through to the rooms as they are not sound proofed. This did not ruin our experience and we would recomend the hotel to others."

"This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony.
