"2025年の10/31〜11/3に利用。 とてと綺麗で過ごしやすく、気遣いの行き届いたホテルでした。 自分は英語が苦手なのですが…チェックインの際、eSimの電波が悪く、翻訳アプリが機能しませんでした。そんな中でも丁寧に易しい英語で自分が分かるまで時間をかけて案内して頂きました…！これについては本当に感謝してます…‼︎ また、早朝にアンコールワットで朝日を見たのですが、その際もお弁当を用意して頂き、スムーズに観光できました。(数日前にホテルへお願しました) このホテルはナイトマーケットやパブストリートにもアクセスが良く、スタッフも親切です。チャットでのお問い合わせも早く詳細で、安心して旅行ができました。 次シェムリアップを訪れる際は、ここを使おうと思います。 Available from 10/31 to 11/3 in 2025. "Had a great stay, very private and personalised service. The restraint had lots of options and while they didn't offer many vegetarian dishes for our son they were able to make a number of dishes vegetarian. The family villa with private plunge pool was spacious and quiet, the main pool was also excellent and we mostly had that to ourselves too. Overnight you could hear nothing except the frogs, insects and lizards. Very relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle."
