I had a really nice time in this Hostel ! The staff was really kind and attentionate, and the hostel building calm and well located (regular buses, about 10-15min to City center). The "girl's only"room I was in was the Best room I had ever had in a hostel ! It is at the 3rd floor with no neighbours above, lots of windows racing the calm countryside, and the beds are separated by walls which creates some nice personal space. 5/5 no doubt

Friendly helpful staff. The hostel is not near anything as is dated, but for the price is a good spot. Be careful when booking not to book two people like I did... still not sure how that happened. Staff was very friendly

Ostello nella periferia di Siena a prezzi modici

Permanenza di una notte in camera doppia, buona dimensione, lavandino e specchio in camera, armadio medio, porta antincendio con buon ottimo acustico e chiave elettronica/badge. Ambienti comuni, corridoi, disimpegni ben dimensionati e luminosi. Distributori automatici. Personale all'altezza. Coperte in camera e lenzuola. Due bagni comuni in ogni semipiano separati uomo/donna. Colazione compresa con cornetto (purtroppo solo di tipo vuoto), confetture/nutella, succo, distributore caffe/cappuccino, cornflakes, fette biscottate. Ampi spazi al piano terra con tavoli e tv, libri, giochi da tavolo. Giardino su più lati. Piccolo parcheggio pubblico sul retro (via Napoli) proprio sotto l'ostello, in alternativa parcheggi in strada facili da trovare. Posizione periferica rispetto al centro città, 2-3 km. Fermata autobus nelle vicinanze.

Satisfied with my stay

well managed hostel. Stayed in a single room, clean, quiet, clean bedding, inexpensive, efficient girl at check-in. No complaints. Everything was o.k. If in Siena again I'll stay there.

Reservamos um quarto com cama de casal e nos deram um qto com beliche e uma cama de solteiro. Banheiros em condições ruins, sendo que um estava sem luz e válvula vazando água direto. Vc recebe lençol e arruma sua cama. Se precisar de toalha para banho precisa pagar a parte. Fornece café da manhã bem simples. Longe dos pontos turísticos mas a vantagem para quem está de carro é que tem estacionamento Free, o que é difícil achar em quase toda Itália elementos hotéis mais simples. É de fácil localização pelo menos para quem chega de carro.

Un ostello decente, non curato, abbastanza spartano ma funzionale. Personale cortese e cordiale. Consiglierei maggior pulizia e cura dei bagni. Notte infernale a causa della confusione provocata per 3 ore da una scolaresca. Non è colpa del gestore ovviamente. Fuori mano ma un prezzo decisamente concorrenziale.

This is exactly what I expected from a hostel. Could have been a little cleaner, but totally par for the course. Bunk beds with shared bathroom. It was nice that they had separate men’s and women’s rooms. It was a bit of a hassle to get the right bus out there, a few miles from the historic city center.

Nice atmosphere; no kitchen use; bed bugs

First impression of this place was really nice, it seemed big & well equipped for lots of people. It’s really close to the bus stop, not too far from the train station and only a short bus ride to the city centre. I got a bit frustrated because for some reason the kitchen is off limits to guests? I was allowed to put some food in the fridge but I was reprimanded for entering the kitchen (to fill up my drink bottle). Part of the reason you stay in a hostel is probably because you can’t afford to eat out constantly, cooking your own food is sometimes just the better option. Possibly the most frustrating thing was when a girl in my dorm claimed she had bed bug bites, and suprise, one day later I have all 5 night’s worth of bed bug bites all over my arms, neck and legs. Also, for young girls travelling, there was this older Italian man who didn’t work there but was there all the time anyway, seemed to hang around me, stare at me, and try to speak to me constantly even though we literally could not communicate or understand each other at all, just made me feel a bit uncomfortable. All that aside, I met some really lovely people, a staff member took two of us on a little evening trip to a country town, the building itself is pretty spacey and nice. This stay could have been really pleasant, one of my best, if it wasn’t for those few things.

La struttura è ampia e ariosa, con molto spazio "comunitario", sia interno che esterno. Mediamente abbastanza pulito, con una lieve insufficienza, invece, per la camera ma, visto che ci si va solo per riposare, non è fondamentale. Una nota decisamente positiva è per il personale, decisamente cortese e disponibile, oltre che simpatico. Con una passeggiata di una mezz'oretta si è al centro di Siena, mentre la zona della struttura è decisamente tranquilla. Tutto sommato, un piacevole soggiorno.

The room is spacious and clean but no air con nor fan but it was quite cool in the evening so it was okay. Bathroom is old and need some renovations. The location is really far from the central but the bus stops are close by. Breakfast was simple and decent. Overall, it was good value for the money that I paid.

시내에서 조금 떨어져 있긴 해도, 버스를 타고 시내나 피렌체, 밀라노 등으로 이동할 수 있음.(버스 티켓은 주유소 뒤 가게가 아니라 그 앞 버스정류장에 자동판매기 있음) 돈을 내면 수건을 빌려주지만, 헤어드라이기는 빌려주지 않음. 조식이 훌륭함.

Oh my God! Bed bug

Do NOT go here. A kind warning. Im not going to go into more detail, but we had bed bugs crawling all over us within the first hour of our afternoon nap. The bed bugs infested my luggage, and now, two weeks later, I have a bed bug infestation in my own flat back home!

一人旅でもで安く泊まれる

当日シエナを観光しようと思っていたので、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらった。 ドミトリーは12人部屋だけど、2、3人ずつ部屋の中で仕切られて広々しているので窮屈さを全く感じない。部屋の外にバルコニーがあり、景色を楽しめる。 無料の朝食はクロワッサン、シリアル、コーヒーと簡易なもの。チェックアウトは鍵をレセプションに置いてある箱に入れるだけでok。 中心街からは離れているのでホステル前から出ているバスを使った方がよい。フィレンツェへ行き(帰り)のバス停も近く便利。 夜でも街に繰り出したい人には不便かもしれないが、シエナでのんびり過ごしたい人にはおすすめ。
