"El espacio es muy bello y el concepto interesante. Solo había una persona de mantenimiento quien tiene una disposición excelente y resuelve todo lo que está a su alcance. Ambas habitaciones que utilizamos tenían deficiencias, en una no sirvió el aire acondicionado y en la otra la cama estaba pegada a una esquina lo que hacía imposible salir para quien dormía en la esquina. No hay agua potable y las regaderas son excesivamente pequeñas, imposible ahmgacharse"

"El personal de recepción excelente, el trato de todos es muy bueno, solo el servicio en el restaurante y la zona de alberca son malos, me parece que se debe a que no tienen suficiente personal, solo dos meseras, son insuficientes. Hay momentos en que hay que pararse para ir a pedir el servicio."
