"The staff seemed friendly, and the pool and hot tub were our kids’ favorite parts of the resort. The room was clean, but the biggest issue we encountered was the loud air conditioning. Both my partner and I had trouble sleeping due to the excessive noise."

They are always friendly, they always have a smile on their faces and they are always willing to help if they are able. It’s not their fault it’s an old property. They were all a delight. The room activated our allergies from what we believe is probably mold."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. When I checked into the room, there was a strong smell of cooking oil throughout the entire room, as if someone had been cooking there recently. There was also a used towel hanging in the closet that had clearly been left behind by a previous guest, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was not working at all, and the bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain, causing water to splash everywhere when showering. Overall,...

"I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off ."

"The water was messed up and there was nothing but hot water in the room. It was fixed for 12 hours and then returned to hot only. The sheets and towels already on a 3 day wait between changes were not changed at all in 6 days. Free breakfast was skimpy at best."

"Needs to be better for a Hilton! First up, staff was excellent. No qualms there. From front desk to housekeeping. Even the shuttle driver who seemed to have multiple hats. Excellent. The cost for thr breakfast? A bit much at $16.99. No better or worse than at a Holiday Inn and thsts included and other places serve coffee all the time. I get that the breakfast and the food is subbed out to a vendor I think and considered separate. But still... I Room was fine. Clean. Big hole in ceiling near...
