"We like this hotel and have stayed there previously. This time a couple of things were a little bothersome.
The first night we had one hand towel but there were 2 of all the other types. No problem. Asked and it was taken care of right away.
Next day. Same thing.
On the second day there was still hair on the bathroom floor from the previous day.
The first night the bed did not have a light blanket on top. We made the room warmer so no problem. The next night there was a coloured lightweight...

"Appreciated a comfortable and relaxing swim in the pool and then a soothing rest in the hot tub. Also pleasantly surprised that when the Starbucks was closed the restaurant kindly gave me a complimentary coffee. "The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and when our flight was delayed they let us stay late and helped us get a taxi to the airport. Excellent location within walking distance to China Town, take out food, dining and shopping. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria!"
