"I was in town to attend a short course at the local Georgian College. Although the area had received a very large amount of snow during the winter, They did what they could to provide as much parking and space as possible. Unfortunately this made the bbqs inaccessible and unusable. I understand but since i had messaged the property about the bbqs prior to the trip, a reply stating inaccessibility would have been good. "Arrival found door code would not work. Had to call 3 phone numbers to get a person. Fridge was not cleaned, little hairs around the sink vanity, no hot water in the shower, no added deadbolt inside the room which inly mattered because i had a guy knock loudly on my door every night. No room cleaning by any staff. No staff on the premise. Windows were not locked. Tv only had paid options to buy programs or movies; nothing free to watch. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was incredible and the resouces were amazing. We enjoyed the last summer weekend here. The amenities are great. We will definitely be back next summer."
