I was charged… I get it but I like the hotel and rebooked for the 13-14. I would love to get some of my money back for the incorrectly booked dates. Thanks ."

"Room size was amazing but the condition of the bathroom and sink were a little subpar but nothing too crazy. They do use multi-use toiletries and I personally think that's unsanitary and refuse to use them. The handsoap was very obviously watered down. The only good thing for breakfast was the bagels and cereal but ita typical hotel food so take that for what it is. No free parking, we paid $62 for the garage right next door (which was convenient at least). The elevators did take forever (this was the most annoying thing about my stay, so nothing major).The staff were friendly and I had no real issues. It's in a good place downtown so very walkable. About 5 minutes from the Duke Energy place walking normally. I stayed with my husband and 4 year old and would stay agin. "

"We only stayed one night and missed breakfast but we will definitely stay there again on our next Cincinnati adventure. Everyone and everything was wonderful."

"The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though"
