"We booked deluxe villa for 4 nights and got free upgrade to superior premium something with open bathroom. During our stay, our door was broken so we were eventually upgraded to deluxe villa with private plunge pool which I think United Airlines should learn from. Very friendly staffs from front desk office to restaurant staffs, even the garden keeper would always welcome us with a big smile everytime we walked by.
