The staff was the best part of our stay at Andaz Singapore. At every step there was someone helping us, greeting us, and giving us tips around the hotel or the city. Gabby who helped us check in was so helpful and warm. We are so happy we chose Andaz for our trip. The location is so convenient too, close to everything, from public transit to shopping to food. The room was very clean too with fantastic views of the Singapore Strait and Marina Bay. I also love the elegant Byredo toiletries.

The hotel is really good. Great location, my room was well designed and spacious with a great view and big bathroom. I did feel it was a bit worn and needed some touch ups (table and internal doors mainly). The service was great and the staff seemed motivated and professional throughout. Great team! Pool was also a pleasure to swim in - maybe ensure people don’t smoke there. Otherwise really great hotel I will come back to.

Really liked our stay at the Andaz hotel in Singapore! Hotel was clean, proper, had a nice luxurious ambience and kind staff. We would definitely come back!

So glad we chose to stay at Andaz. It was tucked in a quiet part of a very central location. Walking distance to historic and shopping districts, as well as the main attractions. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and had great inclusions. Would happily stay again.
