I am a business traveler and this hotel lacks the basic setup for that. It is probably good for families or travellers not looking for the extra « ooomph » brand name hotels provide, but when one travels as much as I do, this type of venue just doesn’t cut it. If you’re a family, it is a good place to stay with accessible laundry (though VERY pricy) and kids play area

Comfortable stay

Great stay, comfortable bed, room big enough for one, nice shower. I think the rooms would be too small for 2 people, but perfect one. Staff were lovely, was able to check in early and leave my luggage for the day upon leaving.

Everything was like we expected, good value if you want to sleep good in a clean room.The metro was really close, which was convenient. Perfect stay for a 2 nights layover.

We stayed in a unit with two rooms at Lyf Farrer Park. The hotel makes very efficient use of space. Rooms are small but you have everything you need. It's very good value for the money given its location in Singapore. Highly recommended!

This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. I liked the common kitchen on the 4th floor and the laundry room by the lobby. Great customer service - I would definitely recommend this place or stay here again next time I visit Singapore.
