Loved our 5 night stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Convenient location. Staff very efficient and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for them. Would definitely book again if in Singapore.

Excellent hotel, well placed and very convenient for getting around the city. Great swimming pools and fantastic view from the roof pool. Very good breakfast choices. All the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Very modern. Very eco-conscious. Perfect location within walking distance of so many local attractions in the heart of downtown Singapore from the river, museums, galleries to shopping centres, Raffles, etc. Rooms are small at 32 m2 but very modern and comfortable with great shower.

We have just stayed 11 nights here. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent and their hospitality was most welcome. The stay was let down by the behaviour of the door staff on our exit. We had called a taxi and as two women we had suitcases which we would have appreciated some assistance with. Instead we watched as other guests were assisted and the doorman deliberately ignored us. It felt racially motivated. There was no way he did not see us as I had given him our luggage tag. All the other staff were excellent including those on the door when we first arrived. However this incident really put a bad impression of our stay and is in no way indicative of a 5* hotel experience. As someone who intends to come back to Singapore in the near future, I will not be recommending or staying here again.
