The lady at the front desk upgraded my room! It was my first time and I was so happy! At the lobby bar, the lady gave me a drink and took a photo with her instax. The male staff member who took my photo at the bar, and the male staff member who helped me find the elevator buttons at the pool when I couldn't find them and took a photo with me, were all friendly, approachable, and had a great service spirit. The hotel was also very stylish and lovely, and I became a big fan. I recommend it!

Excellent customer service and care

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Singapore Edition. The check-in and checkout were both super slick and they made it a smooth process. We had a bit of a rocky start when getting settled into our room but I have to say that I was extremely impressed with how quickly they addressed it and then went above and beyond during our entire stay to make me and my family feel cared for. Both property managers Melissa and Chloe were amazing and I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and follow-up. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious. The food is excellent and the breakfast offering was particularly impressive.

房間挑高寬敞，兩張雙人床型的非常舒適，另一間面花園景觀，炎熱天氣特別消暑. 雖然在烏節路但是所在位置很幽靜 （但對面有一個工程）走出去百貨林立，非常便利！ 美中不足的是水壓太小不知是否受限蓮蓬頭，其他很棒！
