"Unsatisfactory. No kettle in the room—I had to ask twice. Restaurant service was slow and inattentive. The steak pie had very little gravy, and the same staff member was on her phone at the service counter, so I couldn’t request more. No offer of dessert. The bedroom door emits a mini alarm when opened, which is irritating late at night. The walls are thin, with corridor doors slamming and disrupting sleep. "we only stayed over one night. The food was adequate and cooked well three courses Breakfast was well presented with good choices very friendly Staff. Whilst there we noticed that there was a swimming pool for the guests also entertainment of an evening which was good fun. Over all a good stay but a bit dated"
