We notified the front desk of the problem and were told they were aware and they can send someone the next day to check on it. Wouldn’t work for us on our one overnight layover. "The single room is small, and the overall hotel is simple. Yet it is also extremely practical. I believe the value for what you pay is unmatched. I have never stayed in a hotel where they thought of everything - nice lobby to check emails, friendly staff, affordable snacks accessible 24/7, laundry on site with detergent included, comfortable beds, lock boxes if you have a later flight so you can leave luggage at the hotel, plenty of food options just outside the hotel, walking distance to the subway, even a kids playground nearby. I will for sure come back. "
