"Great location 5 minutes walk to train and bus station clean tidy room great shower could do with a mat comfy bed slept fine why pay more will be booking again next time we are in Skeggy"
"Linens need more thorough washing. Walls were really thin so you could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was clean. Location and parking were ideal."
"I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read but I was very disappointed. The room was dusty and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned since it was last used in summer last year. Upon entering the room I called the receptionist attention to the show him the broken television and he promise to have a maintenance sort. I showed him the dirty bathroom, windows and tables but he insisted that they were cleaned prior to us coming. Throughout our stay no one came sort the tv. I could not bath my children in that dirty bathroom, it had black mild around the edges and corners of the glass shower door and very dry tough soap marks all over the glass. I found a supermarket near by and purchase cleaning agents for the bathroom. We used a whole bottle of spray left it for an hour and it still was not enough. We had to purchase another bottle of spray. I bought air fresher for the room just to get rid of the stale air scent. We had to leave the one window open for the whole time we were there just to have some fresh breeze come in. The fridge in the room was dirty, we cleaned too as we needed for the kids juice and things. There was a standing fan with dirt so thick you could plant tomatoes in the blades. I had keep a positive mind and put on a brave face just so the kids could enjoy their little holiday. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. The breakfast served looks good but I was afraid to eat it, I couldn't trust that it was cleaned. Disappointed! "
"This place was lovely to stay. Great friendly owners, The rooms were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast was great freshly made to your order and the location was great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! "
"Me and my family were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in and was able to check in 2 hours early which was handy as we could just get out and about straight away. The family room was large well lit, clean and the beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was really tasty with a good selection to choose from. All credit to the owners though both absolutely lovely people and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely stay here again thanks."
