"Lovely hotel and staff, pool very nice. Room disappointing. Building works going on throughout the hotel which wasn’t made clear at booking. We were in a ‘family room’ which was essentially a meeting room converted on the ground floor. The only radiator in such a large room was around half a meter from my head when in bed, the chosen location very uncomfortable and I therefore did not sleep well at all. Shower tray flooded easily which was annoying. Ok but the experience was certainly...

Was a touch chilly in our room but nothing too troublesome, it was a very cold day. Breakfast was great, lots of veggie and vegan options. Well done. "
