"The room was not clean. There was a used plaster/ bandaid stuck to the wall inside my closet. The cleaning staff are scheduled to come at 3pm and are not accommodating around your schedule. The reception staff are unhelpful and rude."

"I stayed here a few times while in the Queenstown area as it was the cheapest serviced apartment option and meant I had use of a dryer/washer and a basic kitchen (no oven) so I could cook my own meals.
