" Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again."

"The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well."

"Breakfast was exceptionally disappointing. Pool and fitness center were good… could use some more options in the fitness center and the hot tub jets made a horrible noise when running."

"Did not clean the room while we were there. Booked a room for 3 but only got 2 sets of everything. Nothing for the sofa bed in the room."

"While the staff was great, the facility is older. The flooring had cracked pieces, especially in the elevator. The AC unit in our room was very loud, which we informed them of as we left. Rooms are large. Overall it was fine for just one night. The breakfast was great. "

"The bathroom was old and outdated and the toilet seat kept moving to the side of the toilet.. There was not much water pressure but over all it served its purpose. There was no cover on the ironing board which was weird so I had to use a towel. And they dont clean the rooms. You have to request for your room to be cleaned. You also have to request extra towels and wash cloths. However the room was clean and there were mattress covers on the beds. The stay was not too bad considering the price...

"Room was smelling bad, light wouldn’t turn off. And plus it was even missing something like remote. No microwave. Door sometimes doesn’t lock properly. That place is terrible. Staff was good "

"Rooms were dirty - first one had a Christmas tree in the corner and glitter on the floor in April; second smelled strongly of weed. Bathtub in third room - where we ultimately slept - had mold around the faucet inset. Breakfasts were awful. Hallway floors were sticky."

"This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property."

"They could use a breakfast bar. I thought they had one so I was on a quandary about what to do. My desk person was very helpful."
