"Checked into our first room, toilet flush inop and a washing up bowl on the side with the toilet fixings hanging off. Reported to reception who moved us to another room with a sauna, sauna did not work, horrendous noise from the kitchen fans and no sea view which we had upgraded to. The "gorgeous bar area" was dilapidated and out of use, there were limited food options available in the eating area, the carpeting in the hallway and rooms were very worn and not very clean. The beds themselves were clean and comfortable; the bathroom was extremely small and difficult to navigate.
