"We enjoyed sitting in the beautiful courtyard next to the fire and just spending time visiting. The room was lovely and clean and the staff were very kind."

"As we entered the room there was an odor. It was not clean. Then i needed to go to the bathroom, when i flushed, the toilet overflowed, water everywhere. I went to the front desk and complained, they told me housekeeping would be there soon. Yes housekeeping went to drop off clean towels. But did not fix the problem. We had to use the bathroom that was in the hall. We will not be returning to this place at all. "
