"Everything was great! The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options, more than I was expecting. Check in was a breeze. It was very quiet. The location was perfect—very close to the freeway and there were restaurants very close. The only con I have is that the AC in the room sounded like there were crickets in the room when it was running. It made it somewhat difficult to fall asleep. "

"It was a nice location with great parking and also rooms was a nice size. The disadvantage and negative review comes from the floor they originally put me on smelled of a smoke smell. The floors were dirty and the room was just not properly cleaned. They moved me to another floor which was better but the walls were so thin you could hear ppl in the rooms next to you and people walking down the halls. The hotel just had a smell too it that didn’t smell good. I really think if they invest in a better maintenance and housekeeping this place would be much more decent. "

"I loved the lake view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in call from staff to make sure that the room was OK was a bonus."

"While the hotel was decent and in a great location, convenient to where i needed to go. However, it was extremely loud. People hanging outside, in the hallways and kids running up and down the hallways, made it hard to sleep on the 1st night. The second night the noise was less. The guy who worked the breakfast area was amazing. He was helpful and very friendly. He was even noted going around asking the guest were they alright or needed anything. My only suggestion would be to have a non pork option as not everyone eats pork. "

"We checked in on 3.20.2026 that Saturday am around 631am we were woken out of our sleep due to a malfunction with the air system and I called front desk and they handled the situation immediately and moved us to a another room and offered us free breakfast and access to the 10th floor for food and beverages. I was pleased to see how quickly the situation was handled."

"Much older than the photos make it look. Shower barely worked. We paid for a suite with a pull out bed but was told it wasn’t available when we checked in. Front desk clerk didn’t care one bit. However, the breakfast was great and housekeeping staff was very nice. "

"I really wanted to love this place, and there are definitely some positives, but unfortunately, a few key issues impacted our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with a lot of historic charm, and it’s impressively clean for its age. That said, our experience fell short in several areas. We were in town for a funeral and arrived very late, only to be woken up at 7:30 a.m. by loud roofing work directly above us. At no point during booking or during check-in were we informed that construction would be taking place. Even more frustrating, the roofing continued early into the weekend as well, leaving us with no opportunity to rest. We contacted the front desk to ask how long the work would continue and to request a solution, but never received a follow-up from a manager. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. They came in to remove trash but did not make the bed or clean the room. I had also asked the front desk to replace an empty body wash, but it was never taken care of, I ended up handling it myself. Additionally, the ironing board cover was worn, and the iron had residue on it, making it unusable. For $300 per night, I expected a much smoother and more attentive experience."
