"The shower water pressure was very weak, so it took me almost an hour to shower. The body wash dispenser was empty, and the coffee was not refilled after housekeeping. The bed was also uncomfortable. The bedding was not cotton and felt rough and scratchy, making it difficult for me to sleep."

"If you Join their BonVoy group membership they waive the parking fee. Also the breakfast is amazing and they have balcony suites for Business and fun! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay near downtown and awesome food spots"

Breakfast was a great value! Pool on-site but we did not visit. Staff was super-helpful. Overall a great value!"

"I don't think this is a great place if u want to walk around. Not much close. I do not think this is a great location for women traveling alone . I am surprised days inn has their name on this. Breakfast is granola bars, toast, muffins, apples, oranges,juice, and coffee. You get what you pay for. Out side entrances, rooms were clean, window air conditioners mine was blowing I think the filter out on the bed. Housekeeping was good. Staff was nice, I would say a 1 night stop it would be great ."

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus."

It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture.
