"I would have scored this 3 star but 4 because of the great customer service. All of the staff were polite and helpful and really have had excellent training because they were always helpful, whether that was a drink from the bar even after the bar had closed or approving a late check in. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The jacuzzi was not working though which was a disappointment. The hot towel rail in the bathroom was also not switching on. Breakfast was lovely but could do with a few more...
